01Refunds within 14 days
Within 14 days of purchase, we refund unused simulations pro rata to the pack price – no reason needed. If you have not used any simulation yet, you get the full amount back.
Example 3-pack, 1 simulation used → two thirds of the pack price back.
Mandatory statutory rights you have in your country remain unaffected.
02How to request a refund
The easiest way is the link in your payment receipt from Waffo. Or write to us at support@b1sprechen.com and include your order number.
The refund goes back to your original payment method via Waffo. The refunded simulations are removed from your balance.
03Technical problems
If a simulation breaks off because of a technical error on our side, or the feedback cannot be created, we credit the simulation back to you after review.
