01Which data we collect
- Account: your email address and password (stored only in a secured, unreadable form) – or, if you sign in with Google, the email address of your Google account. Also the name we use to address you in the simulation, if you give one, and your confirmation that you are at least 18 years old.
- Practice: your voice during the simulation, the transcript and your feedback – and, unless you switch it off, the recording of the simulation.
- Orders: pack, price, time and the version of the terms you agreed to. We never receive card numbers or other payment details – you pay directly with our payment provider.
- Technology and usage: error messages, connection quality and basic usage steps such as signing up or buying.
02What we use it for
- to run the simulation, create the transcript and feedback and keep them for you,
- to manage your account, your purchases and your balance,
- to send you emails about your account and your orders, for example to confirm your email address,
- if you ask for it (when registering or later), to email you once when purchases and the free trial open – you can cancel this at any time under “Account & data”,
- to keep the service secure and stable and to fix errors.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
03Who helps us
For some tasks we work with selected service providers. They only receive the data they need for their task:
- Payment provider – payment, receipt and refunds
- AI provider – processing your speech in real time, transcript and feedback
- Cloud and hosting provider – website, database and storage of recordings
- Email service – sending emails about your account
Some of these providers also process data outside your country, for example in the USA.
04How long we keep data

05Managing your data
Under “Account & data” you can at any time:
- Download my data – your account details, simulations and orders as a file,
- Delete my practice data – recordings, transcripts and feedback; your account, balance and orders are kept,
- Delete account – this also deletes your practice data.
You can switch off the recording before every simulation. For any other request about your data, such as access or correction, write to us at support@b1sprechen.com.
06Cookies and contact
We only use cookies that are needed to run the site, such as for signing in and your language setting – no advertising or tracking cookies. Our visitor statistics do not use cookies either.
